As we approach the close of 2024, it's a great time to reflect on a year of growth and progress at Sunrise Software. This year, we focused on enhancing the Sunrise platform, launching new tools, and continuing to support your teams in delivering outstanding service. Here’s a look back at some of the key milestones in 2024.
Early in the Year: Strengthening the Foundation
We kicked off the year with important updates aimed at enhancing platform stability and performance. These foundational improvements set the stage for the exciting developments that followed.
Spring: Expanding Possibilities
The release of a major update this spring brought new features that improved both flexibility and convenience for our customers. Mobile support for the Self-Service Portal (SSP) allowed users to access support from anywhere, while enhancements to navigation made the experience smoother and more intuitive.
Summer: New Tools for Efficiency
The introduction of our Teams Bot was a highlight this summer, integrating with Microsoft Teams to allow users to interact with their service desk directly within the platform. This integration brought significant time savings and efficiency, simplifying tasks like raising tickets, tracking requests, and managing workflows.
Autumn: Enhancing User Experience
In the autumn, we introduced updates that refined the user interface, providing a more modern and intuitive experience. New features, such as a history timeline, offered better visibility into past activities, helping teams make more informed decisions.
