Expanding Beyond ITSM to HR Case Management
One of the highlights of the year has been our expansion into new horizons. We witnessed a big uptake of our HR Case Management Solution, extending our reach beyond ITSM implementations. Our HRCM empowers HR professionals with a unified platform to support large volumes of employee interactions, automate key HR processes, and ensure consistency and accuracy in issue resolution and advice.
Seamless Integration: The Power of API
Our commitment to providing a comprehensive solution led us to explore new integrations. The power of our API has allowed us to seamlessly connect with other systems, including Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Jira, and Slack. These integrations not only extend functionality but also enhances the overall user experience.
A New Version and Self-Service Portal
Our customer’s feedback is invaluable to us, driving our commitment to continuous improvement. In response to these insights, we introduced Version 7, featuring a revamped self-service portal. This user-friendly portal allows effortless ticket submission and progress tracking, promoting self-help through a knowledge hub, ultimately reducing costs, and saving time.
Knowledge Sharing via Webinars and User Groups
To optimise our customers' experience with our system, we introduced a new webinar series and virtual user groups. These avenues provide customers with the chance to discover valuable tips and tricks for get the most out of the Sunrise software, all while exchanging feedback and insights with fellow users. Looking ahead to 2024, we are committed to maintaining these regular training days and organising in-person user groups, so stay tuned!
